THE PROS NEVER
GUESS.
NOW NEITHER
DO YOU.
A mechanical swing–trading system that runs after the close and tells you exactly what to do tomorrow — your own pre–set rules, executing. no gurus, no signals service, no advice. Just the math.
SET IT. FORGET IT.
Sit down once the US market has shut for the day. No screens during market hours, no intraday babysitting.
Review
Read the recommendations for your portfolio — or pull fresh names from the screener onto your watchlist.
Update Broker
Place, adjust or cancel your standing orders and stop-losses at your broker. Then you’re done.
Carry On
Close the laptop and go to work. Your triggers and stop-losses do all the work — hands-off, all day.
SWING TRADING,
EXPLAINED.
A swing trade captures one “swing” in price — the meat of a move that plays out over a few days to a few weeks. New to this? Here’s the whole idea.
You’re not glued to a screen all day like a day trader, and you’re not married to a stock for years like a buy–and–hold investor. You wait for the setup, take your slice of the move, and step aside.
GO LONG
Buy into a rising stock, ride the upswing, and sell it for more than you paid. The classic move — profit as the price climbs.
GO SHORT
Sell first, then buy back cheaper as the price drops. A falling stock isn’t a problem to avoid — it’s a swing to trade in the other direction.
You’re no longer betting on a bull market. The system reads the trend in both directions, so a down market is just another setup — not a reason to sit on your hands.
YOU’RE NOT LOSING TO THE MARKET.
YOU’RE LOSING TO YOURSELF.
The setup was good. The plan was solid. Then fear, greed, hope and FOMO got their hands on the mouse — and the plan went out the window. Emotion is the most expensive indicator you’ll ever trade.
THE ENGINE DOESN’T EITHER.
ChartSwing is purely mechanical. It acts only on the price data in front of it — no hunches, no hope, no headlines. Take the human out of the loop, and what’s left is your edge, executed exactly as designed.
WHAT THEY DON’T AUTOMATE
The professionals never “feel” the market. They run a fixed, ever–expanding checklist of proprietary rules and act only when price confirms. ChartSwing transcribes that discipline into a deterministic engine and runs it on US end–of–day data the moment the bell rings.
Every night it reconciles what your broker actually did, recomputes your position sizing against live capital, and hands you a single page of orders to place, adjust, or cancel — which you enter yourself, by hand. The app never touches your money.
A CLASSIFIED RULESET.
Trend Alignment
Positions are taken only in step with the prevailing trend. The exact filter is withheld here.
Momentum Trigger
A precise momentum condition must arm before any setup is allowed to fire. The method is classified.
Price Confirmation
No signal acts alone. Price itself must confirm at a defined level before a single share moves.
Defined Risk
Every entry carries a pre-set exit, fixed the moment you commit. You always know your downside.
Adaptive Trailing
Protection ratchets one way only as a trade works in your favour, locking in the ground it gains.
Capital Allocation
Exposure is scaled to a strict risk budget — capped to what you can actually afford. Never an order you can’t cover.
TRADE THE HYPE.
SELL THE FACTS.
Earnings Radar
Flags upcoming earnings announcements on your watchlist before they hit — so you’re never blindsided holding a position straight into a binary event.
Sentiment Sweep
Reads news flow and market chatter to gauge the hype building into a catalyst — the anticipation that lifts a stock before the numbers ever land.
Event Timeline
Maps the run-up against the reaction: ride the wave of anticipation, then step aside on the news — before the facts reprice the hype.
Plain-English Brief
Turns the raw signals into a one-line read on every recommendation — context in seconds, so you know why before you act.
Ride the hype — stand aside before the print; let the facts settle.
EVERY NIGHT, IN ORDER.
Ingest
Pull the day’s end-of-day bars the moment the US market closes — catching up every trading day you missed.
Reconcile
Infer which orders filled and which stops were hit. You confirm or correct — the app never assumes.
Recompute
Size every new trade against your confirmed capital. Trail every open stop. Produce the diff.
Execute
Place / adjust / cancel at your broker. Manually. Always. ChartSwing is not an execution platform.
ALL THE DATA.
NONE OF THE PAPERWORK.
ChartSwing ingests every US end–of–day bar for you — the whole market, every trading day, refreshed after the close. The feed is already wired in. You build a watchlist and go; the data takes care of itself.
TRAIN ON PAPER.
RISK NOTHING.
Fund a practice account with pretend capital and run ChartSwing exactly as you would for real — read the daily diff, place your simulated orders, let the stops do the work. Every fill, trail and exit is tracked in your journal, so you learn the discipline before a single real dollar is ever at stake.
THE FULL TOOLKIT.
Discovery Screener
Sweep the whole US market on metadata — exchange, sector, P/E, market cap, price — to build a watchlist from scratch.
Everyday Screener
Filter your tracked names on signal state, the 50-MA, and personality metrics: index correlation, volatility, daily range.
Single-Share Backtester
Replay any name across 20 years on the identical engine. Trade list, equity curve, win rate, expectancy, max drawdown.
Tactical Charting
Candles + SMA 50/200 + a DMI sub-panel. Every entry, initial stop, trailing step and exit marked on the bar it happened.
Positions & Parcels
Pyramid into a name with independent parcels, each trailing its own stop. Import positions you already hold.
Journal & Capital
Every closed trade logged automatically. Win rate, average win/loss, expectancy, drawdown — and a running capital ledger.
FROM THE FIELD.
For the first time, I’m not glued to the screen all day. I check in after the close, set my orders, and I’m done by dinner.
It took the second-guessing out completely. The rules already ran — I just place exactly what it tells me. No agonising.
I used to move my stops and pay for it every time. Now they’re locked in before I can talk myself out of them.
WALL STREET HAS RUN ON SYSTEMS FOR DECADES.
Hedge funds, prop desks and quant shops gave up trading on gut feeling a long time ago. They run cold, rules–based systems — armies of engineers, co–located servers, data budgets in the millions.
The edge was never a secret. It was just locked behind a price tag the average trader could never pay. Until now.
THE TOOLS TO COMPETE.
No trading floor. No quant team. No seven–figure data bill. Just the same systematic edge the big players have leaned on for decades — running quietly on your laptop, after the close.

DEBRIEF.
Do I need to be an experienced trader to use this?
No. The system does the analysis — you read the recommendations and place the orders. The Primer above walks a complete beginner through what swing trading is and how each piece works.
Does ChartSwing place trades for me?
Never. It is not a broker or an execution platform. It tells you the exact orders and stops to set; you place them yourself at your own broker. ChartSwing has no access to your funds and never touches your money.
How much time does it take each day?
Minutes. Log in once the US market has closed, review your daily diff, update your standing orders at the broker, and get on with your day. No screen-watching during market hours — your triggers and stops do the work.
Do I need to pay for extra data feeds or accounts?
No. The full US end-of-day market data is ingested for you — no extra brokerage or market-data subscription, no third-party API keys, and no per-symbol or per-download fees. The feed comes with your account. Coverage is US markets only for now — other exchanges are on the roadmap (coming soon).
Can I profit when the market is falling?
Swing trading works in both directions. The engine reads up-trends and down-trends alike, identifying setups whether a stock is rising or falling — so a down market is just another opportunity, not a reason to sit out.
Can I test it before risking real money?
Yes. The built-in backtester replays any stock across decades of history on the identical engine that runs live — trade list, equity curve and stats included — so you can study how the rules behave before committing a cent.
Can I practise before using real money?
Yes — that is the point of the training simulator. Fund a paper account with pretend capital and run the full nightly routine with zero real money at risk. Your simulated fills, stops and journal build exactly as they would live, so you graduate to real trading only once you trust the system.
Is this financial advice?
No. ChartSwing is strategy-automation and charting tooling. Its output is your own pre-set rules executing on the data — not advice or a recommendation from ChartSwing. It is provided for educational and research purposes only.
